STICKY: Laying the rules down.

Since you people are new and everything, here's the 3 vital rules to this place, also to be known as the RGBs:

RULE 1: DON'T INSULT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT
I've seen this in other places, and I have to say I don't like it. It just fosters bad feelings amongst people and starts flame wars. So, if you're one to insult people or certain topics, please control yourself.

RULE 2: DON'T POST SPAM
Although I'm trying to decide if we should get an Advertising forum up, we can't allow spam. We don't want a list of (insert downloadable things or games or movies to see here) nor do we want you guys putting up ads for your things yet. We CANNOT handle that right now.

RULE 3: NO COMPLAINING OUTSIDE SUGGESTIONS FORUM
Because when it says Suggestions, you put them there. Not in Off-Road Subjection, not in Arcade Style, not in anything else. If you want to complain, complain in the right area, thank you.

Basically, if you break RULE 1, you get banned for either 2 weeks, 1 month, or FOREVER. If you break the other , you get banned for 2 weeks or 1 month.
